Eden Beauty Clinic Booking Policy is designed to not only protect
our business bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to
keep things fair for all clients.
No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our
business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time
slots with us.
We employ the very best therapists and invest considerably in
advancing their education and training. Our time is specifically
dedicated to looking after you, therefore we hope you will
appreciate the reasons for our Booking Policy.
A $30 deposit is required to secure all bookings under 1 hour.
All bookings over 1 hour require $50 deposit
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We
kindly request a full 24 hours notice so
that we can offer that time slot to another client.
Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded.
However, if you do not provide us with 24 hours notice or you simply
fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited
unless you send a friend or family member in your place.
We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as
sufficient notice, as this does not allow enough time for us to try
to rebook your time slot.
If you do not wish to pay a booking fee, you are welcome to try your
luck on the day with whichever therapist is available, but please
know that we will be unable to allocate a specific therapist for
