Policy

At Eden Beauty Clinic, our Booking Policy is designed to not only safeguard our business viability and affordability but also to ensure fairness for all clients.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations significantly impact our operations, hindering other clients from securing available time slots. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our top-tier therapists who undergo continuous advanced education and training, providing exceptional service dedicated to your well-being.

Booking Deposits:

  • Skin consultation only (45 min): A $50 deposit is required. This deposit is redeemable on products.
  • Skin consultation and treatment: A $100 deposit is required. This deposit is redeemable on the treatment provided.

Cancellations:

We understand that plans may change, and we require a full 24 hours' notice for any adjustments. This allows us to extend the available time slot to another client. Your deposit can either be held for your next booking or refunded.

In the event of less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited unless a friend or family member takes your place. Please note that messages left on Sundays or public holidays are not considered sufficient notice, as they do not allow ample time for rebooking.

For those opting not to pay a booking fee, walk-ins are welcome. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific therapist or time slot for your treatment.
